What does the Bible say about body image?
Scripture says you are fearfully and wonderfully made, and repeatedly redirects attention from appearance to the heart.

Psalm 139:14
“I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well.”
1 Samuel 16:7
“But the LORD said to Samuel, “Don’t look on his face, or on the height of his stature, because I have rejected him; for I don’t see as man sees. For man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.””
1 Peter 3:3-4
